Every once in a very great while you come across an individual who renews ones faith in excellence; I don't use the term lightly or often. 

Federico is a gem! He is a visionary! 

What I find most refreshing about his architectural process is his ability to generate different ideas and not get stuck in a place because that was his first thought. He is not disheartened when you say " I'm nor sure about this look" or " I don't like that" he takes your opinion seriously and changes direction completely or modifies it accordingly. 

If you are looking for the standard cookie cutter approach and " in the-box" way of thinking then Federico is not who you are looking for go elsewhere, pay less, and then get what you paid for. If you want others to offer superlatives to you about what he has "created" then he would be a choice you would not regret. 

I couldn't recommend him any higher but wish that I could ! ( And the people I contacted and viewed their works said the same things)
